EVENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND

PURCHASE POLICY

Purchase Policy

By RSVPing to one of our events on our website or our Meetup page, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
 
Due to limited seating, we accept cancellations up to 48 hours before a scheduled event. This gives the opportunity for other members to join the event.

Cancellations by us

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES MADE BY ARABSVAN

ArabsVan reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to insufficient registration, venue, equipment or speaker availability. We strive to let clients know if a session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least two business days before the session, whenever possible. If ArabsVan cancels a session, you will be issued a credit or a refund.
Customer cancellations

CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 4 days - 48 hours in advance of the event date, will receive 80% credit refund that can be used for future events or in our store.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of the event will not receive a refund.
